The Deal

Your Way Medicare was founded by seasoned Medicare Advantage distribution executives who saw an opportunity to establish a long-term oriented solution that serves seniors as their plan selection habits in Medicare Advantage evolve. The company starts by hiring only the highest quality agents, with the goal of establishing a long-term relationship with the plan member. This has allowed Your Way Medicare to transition Medicare Advantage brokerage away from a carrier-focused, transactional model and towards a carrier-agnostic, member relationship-focused platform. After experiencing rapid organic growth, Your Way Medicare was looking for a strategic partner to further accelerate growth and open additional distribution channels.
