The Deal

Wise Equity, with support from its portfolio company FIMO Group, has acquired a majority interest in WANHO through a targeted sale process facilitated by Lincoln International on behalf of WANHO. Wise Equity was attracted to the company’s strong customer value proposition, leading U.S. market position, comprehensive solutions offering and longstanding relationships with tower and cable OEMs as well as industry distributors. In conjunction with FIMO Group, the acquisition of a majority interest in WANHO by Wise Equity creates the opportunity to establish an international market leader of scale. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
