Welle Holding is a financial holding company which manages among others shareholdings in Bürstadt Furniture, LEICHT Küchen and Paidi Möbel, three leading manufacturing companies based in Germany within the furniture industry, together employing more than 1,650 employees. Bürstadt, established in 1962, specializes in producing ready-to-assemble bedroom and kitchen furniture. Founded in 1928, LEICHT manufactures customized premium kitchen furniture and accessories which are distributed across more than 55 countries and approximately 1,000 sales partners. Paidi, established in 1935, is a leading manufacturer and brand in baby, children’s and youth furniture.

Family shareholders form a strategic partnership with Orlando Capital for Bürstadt, LEICHT and Paidi. The family shareholders remain significantly invested. With the support of Orlando, the three companies will continue their growth and accelerate their international expansion
