Watchfire Enterprises has been sold to The Jordan Company
Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Watchfire Enterprises, Inc., the market leading manufacturer of highly engineered, LED outdoor digital display products, has been sold to a fund managed by The Jordan Company, L.P., a private equity firm based in New York.
Lincoln International acted as financial advisor to Watchfire. This engagement included providing advisory expertise and managing the marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
Steve Harriott, CEO of Watchfire, added, “Lincoln worked tirelessly throughout the sale process to first understand and then convey the Watchfire story to the market. In doing so, they provided considerable transaction support to the company. Lincoln offered thoughtful guidance in helping to identify the right partner to support Watchfire’s continued growth.”
