The Deal
Following Victor Capital Partners’ investment in 2019, CodeGreen acquired four companies, significantly enhancing its service capabilities, technical expertise and geographic reach. In addition, CodeGreen invested in a proprietary software platform that provides state-of-the-art energy data analysis at both the building and portfolio levels. Lincoln International utilized its industry expertise to optimally position CodeGreen’s market knowledge, comprehensive solutions portfolio, long-term client relationships and attractive growth tailwinds. Through a targeted, streamlined process, Lincoln generated multiple attractive options for CodeGreen’s shareholders and leadership team. Pinchin, backed by Keystone Capital, emerged as the ideal strategic partner for management with strong complementary environmental compliance capabilities.
