Trilithic has been sold to Viavi Solutions
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that it has represented Trilithic, Inc. (“Trilithic” or the “Company”) and its shareholders in the sale of the Company to Viavi Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAV, “Viavi”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
