Trèves Group has acquired ROI Automotive Technology
This acquisition is in line with Trèves’ strategy to reinforce its strong core product portfolio and original equipment manufacturer / regional presence with a focus in North America and Europe, particularly in the automotive soft trim and noise, vibration and harshness market.
Lincoln acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Trèves, working closely with the company’s management team and advisors while providing process, financial and tactical advisory expertise.
