The Deal

Following the acquisition of Tessco in July 2023 by Lee Equity Partners and Twin Point Capital, Tessco is increasingly focused on growing its distribution business and, as such, decided to divest the Ventev business. Tessco engaged Lincoln International (“Lincoln”) to execute the carveout transaction process, leveraging the firm’s deep expertise in digital infrastructure, industrial technology, real-time market insights and global reach. Hubbell Incorporated (“Hubbell”), with Tessco as a continuing distribution partner, is committed to the future growth of the Ventev business and ensuring customers have access to a comprehensive offering of wireless network solutions. Lincoln served as the exclusive financial advisor to Tessco in connection with this sale.
