synaix has been sold to CANCOM
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”) is pleased to announce that the owners of synaix have sold 100% of the shares in synaix Gesellschaft für angewandte Informations-Technologien mbH and synaix Service GmbH (together “synaix”) to CANCOM SE (“CANCOM”) for a mid-double-digit million purchase price. Lincoln supported its clients as mergers and acquisitions advisor, organizing a structured, international bidding process. The project was executed in cooperation with Aachen-based Alabon Business Development GmbH.
synaix was founded in 1993 as an IT service provider and has increasingly focused on holistic solutions for business process digitalization since 2006. synaix currently operates the central digital business processes of customers in various industries. Eighty employees cover the entire spectrum of DevOps, data centre operations, data security and auditing to software development and application support, to hotlines, help desks and documentation. With three of its own data centre locations in Aachen, a private fibre optic ring and excellent connections to the internet exchange points in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Amsterdam, synaix offers a solid foundation for delivering global IT services in both private or third-party data centres.
