Standard Publishing Group has sold certain assets to David C Cook
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Standard Publishing Group (“Standard” or the “Company”), an indirect subsidiary of CFM Religion Publishing Group Holdings (“CFM”), a portfolio company of The Wicks Group has sold certain assets to David C Cook (“DCC”), a leading non-profit Christian church resource provider. The transaction included Standard’s Bible lesson commentary series, Sunday school curriculum and other church resources. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Standard has a legacy of producing “true-to-the-bible” educational materials for the Christian community. The Company also publishes books for adults in the areas of devotionals, family, leadership and personal growth.

This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
