kShuttle
Established in 2016, kShuttle offers a software as a service platform, focused on regulatory reporting, including various modules such as IFRS16, CSRD, carbon footprint calculation and management and European Union taxonomy. These solutions help chief financial officers and chief sustainability officers of both large corporations and small to medium enterprises meet current and upcoming financial and sustainability standards. With a team of 150 employees, over a third dedicated to research and development (R&D), kShuttle operates offices in France, Luxembourg, Austria, Morocco and Tunisia. The company supports more than 160 clients both domestically and internationally and benefits from a robust partner network. Known for the technical expertise of its R&D team, seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction, kShuttle is on track to achieve over €14 million in revenue in 2024, with an annual growth rate of 30%.

Sagard NewGen brings international experience and expertise in supporting fast-growing, profitable business-to-business software companies to boost kShuttle’s expansion throughout Europe and reinforce its leading position in France, while kShuttle’s innovative platform addresses important regulatory challenges in financial and sustainability reporting. By combining its strengths in technology, networks and market leadership, they will capitalize on growth opportunities in Europe.
