Promus Equity Partners has sold Qualiseal Technology to EnPro Industries
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that it has served as exclusive financial advisor to Promus Equity Partners, LLC (“Promus”) in the sale of QCC, LLC’s (“QCC”) Qualiseal Technology (“Qualiseal” or the “Company”) to EnPro Industries (NYSE:NPO; “EnPro”). Qualiseal will become part of EnPro’s Technetics Group (“Technetics”), bolstering its solutions for the aerospace and defense markets.
Qualiseal, headquartered in Harwood Heights, Illinois, is a leading supplier of custom-engineered mechanical face and circumferential seals for demanding aerospace and specialty industrial applications. Qualiseal expands Technetics Group’s presence in the aerospace market and complements its growing mechanical seals product line. The Company brings a highly skilled and experienced workforce and will continue to conduct business under the Qualiseal Technology name.
