Private shareholders have sold ISEM Group to Peninsula Capital

ISEM Group

ISEM Group is a European leading manufacturer of luxury paper-based packaging mainly for the perfumery and cosmetics sectors. The group offers a complete range of rigid boxes and folding boxes for some of the most prestigious luxury brands.

The Deal

In 2018, ISEM’s management took over the majority of the company along with a group of private investors. Since then, management successfully established a new business model, strengthened the sales department and invested in more efficient machinery, driving ISEM to a leading position in the market.

Lincoln International crafted a tailored and highly competitive process that resulted in robust interest in the group, due to a compelling investment thesis coupled with thoughtful targeting of highly motivated potential future partners for the business. Ultimately, ISEM’s shareholders selected Peninsula Capital as the preferred investor to partner with during the next phase of its growth.
