Premier Healthcare Services has been sold to Aveanna Healthcare, a portfolio company of Bain Capital and J.H. Whitney
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce the sale of Premier Healthcare Services, LLC (“Premier” or the “Company”) to Aveanna Healthcare (“Aveanna”), a portfolio company of Bain Capital and J.H. Whitney.
Premier is a leading multi-state provider of pediatric home health and therapy, and behavioral health administration services. The Company operates predominantly in California, with additional operations in Texas and Colorado. Premier is one of the largest private duty nursing providers in California, with 21 licensed and certified home health offices in the state and over 1,900 active home health caregivers. The Company is vendored with all 21 Regional Centers in California and provides behavioral health benefit administration services to over 12,000 families. Through its unique combination of provider and payer services and high-quality care model, Premier serves the spectrum of medical and support needs of pediatric patients and their families.
