The Deal
Since being acquired by Insight, Precision has expanded from one to three strategically located facilities. The company has continued to increase wallet share amongst its key blue-chip customers, including expanded capabilities servicing the aerospace end market. Precision was able to successfully navigate COVID driven supply chain disruptions while securing a series of new product introduction wins. To facilitate the next stage of growth for the company, Lincoln International was engaged to refinance the company’s existing debt. Lincoln’s efforts led to a successful outcome, improving Precision’s financial flexibility and runway to execute on key strategic initiatives.
