PNC Riverarch Capital and Akoya Capital Partners have sold LawLogix Group to Hyland

Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that PNC Riverarch Capital (“PNC”) and Akoya Capital Partners (“Akoya”) have completed the sale of LawLogix Group, Inc. (“LawLogix” or the “Company”) to Hyland, creator of OnBase, a developer of enterprise content management software. Hyland is a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LawLogix is an industry-leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of I-9 and E-Verify compliance and immigration case management solutions to a diversified, blue-chip customer base spanning industry verticals that include retail, manufacturing, healthcare, education, legal and the non-profit sector. LawLogix’s comprehensive SaaS platform also boasts sophisticated data migration tools that allow organizations to migrate and remediate all historical I-9 forms, as well as providing a multi-language interface, integrated document checklists and extensive reporting capabilities that improve the accuracy and completeness of all forms. As a result of the Company’s thought leadership in the industry and proprietary software platform, LawLogix plays a leading role in assisting customers with their processing of I-9, H-1B visa and other immigration and workforce compliance filings.

Lincoln acted as the financial advisor to PNC and Akoya in this transaction, working closely with LawLogix’s senior management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
