Orienta Partners has acquired LMA
Orienta Partners acquired a majority stake of LMA S.r.l., a leading producer of highly critical machined structural parts and complex systems installed on wings of aircrafts and helicopters for defense, space and civil end users.
LMA, established in 1970 near Turin, Italy, is a leading tier-1 and tier-2 manufacturer of mechanical components for the aeronautical, aerospace and defense (A&D) industries. With approximately 100 employees and three production plants in Italy, LMA is a trusted partner for blue-chip A&D companies, such as Leonardo, IAI, Lockheed Martin, Airbus and Thales. The company is involved in the most important military and civil programs, such as JSF and EFA programs for the military segment and Airbus A380 and Boeing B787 projects for the civil segment.
Orienta, founded in 2011, is an Italian club deal investor focused on medium-sized companies. Orienta is active in the origination and execution of investments in partnership with private and institutional investors through a club deal structure.

Lincoln International was able to secure a complex and comprehensive financial package that includes mezzanine, acquisition finance term loan, bridge to cash, earnout facilities, capital expenditures and revolving credit facility.
