Odontolia, a portfolio company of DLF Venture, has raised growth capital from Siparex

Odontolia is a leading and fast-growing Belgian dental service organization, operating clinics across Belgium. The group consists of over 170 dentists offering a variety of specializations including general dental care, cosmetic, pediatric, periodontal, implants and protheses, endodontic and orthodontic dentistry.

The Deal

Starting in 2017 with two clinics, the company has rapidly grown its clinics’ network, building on its strong platform. With significant opportunity for market consolidation and a clear path for future growth, including organic growth, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and greenfields, the group sought a growth investment from a new partner to support its next growth phase. The new partnership with Siparex will allow the company to accelerate its consolidation strategy and organic growth initiatives. Siparex will become a co-lead investor alongside existing shareholder, DLF Venture.
