NBGI Private Equity has sold Ochre House to Pinstripe, Inc., a portfolio company of Accel-KKR
Lincoln International announced that Ochre House, a portfolio company of NBGI Private Equity (“NBGI”), has been sold to Pinstripe, Inc., a portfolio company of Accel-KKR. Lincoln International (“Lincoln”) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Ochre House, working closely with the management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
Ochre House is a major international player in recruitment outsourcing and the wider talent management field, with regional hubs in Europe, Asia and latterly in the Middle East under the Carmichael Fisher & Taaheed brands.
