The Deal

After years of superior growth, Naväge engaged Lincoln International as its exclusive financial advisor to find a partner that could support the company with its next phase of growth. Supported by its experience and deep industry knowledge, Lincoln ran a tailored process including both strategic and financial investors while providing critical strategic advice to deliver a successful outcome to all parties involved. This transaction continues Lincoln’s track record in consumer healthcare as well as the firm’s longstanding history of completing successful transactions for owner-entrepreneurs and private companies. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
