Management and shareholders have sold GreenFlux to DKV
GreenFlux is a leading European provider of cloud-based electric vehicle (EV) charging software which is mission-critical to operate and manage a large-scale EV charging business. Its segment-agnostic Software as a Service platform enables charge point operators and electric mobility service providers to manage their network of EV charge points and their fleet of EV drivers, respectively.
GreenFlux has established itself as the leader responsible for many industry-defining innovations, such as open protocols and standardization, pan-European roaming and smart charging. Being an innovation leader secures the company’s customers a future-proof solution in a market in which technology is rapidly developing.
The acquisition by DKV enables GreenFlux to accelerate its European expansion, and at the same time enables DKV to further scale its EV charging offering across Europe.
Martijn Koops, Managing Director at Lincoln, commented, “The GreenFlux team has done a phenomenal job building strong momentum in this rapidly emerging market, leveraging their industry-leading software development capabilities. With DKV as its new strong partner bringing a highly relevant network, the business is best positioned to enter its next phase of accelerated growth.”
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to GreenFlux in the process. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Lincoln’s deep knowledge of the software and mobility investor landscape combined with its strong positioning and process tactics have been instrumental in achieving this great result for GreenFlux and its shareholders.
