Lyceum Capital has acquired SGP
Lyceum Capital has acquired the facilities management division of Johnson Service Group plc (“JSG”) including SGP Property & Facilities Management (“SGP”) in a transaction totalling approximately £32 million.
SGP supplies a range of managed facilities and property services under long-term contracts to its blue chip client base across the healthcare, education, corporate and retail sectors. SGP uses its own facilities management technology platform to plan, report and analyse trends to help its customers operate and manage their estates more efficiently. The delivery of this offering is coordinated by SGP and outsourced to accredited suppliers, both local and national, enabling SGP to provide and manage an independent, high quality and fully tailored service which represents the best value to individual clients with large, complex portfolios.
SGP’s key services include: facilities management solutions; property consultancy and management services; procurement and supply chain management; and a broad range of technical building, engineering and energy services.
