Lineage Capital has sold Bioreclamation

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has successfully completed a recapitalization for Bioreclamation, LLC (“Bioreclamation” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Lineage Capital, LLC (“Lineage”). Bioreclamation is a worldwide provider of biological products to life science and pharmaceutical companies. Headquartered in Westbury, New York, the Company specializes in control and disease state biological matrices used in drug discovery, compound development and clinical and research diagnostics.

Bioreclamation provides a one-stop shop for scientists and biomedical researchers for a complete range of biological tools they need to pursue new drug discovery and development and to validate the safety and efficacy of new compounds during pre-clinical research and for clinical diagnostics.

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Bioreclamation and Lineage, working closely with the Company’s management team and shareholders throughout the process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing all phases of the transaction.
