Lincoln International, is pleased to announce its role as financial advisor to Law Business Research (LBR), a portfolio company of Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) and Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), in its strategic merger with ALM. The arrangement forms a global provider of legal intelligence, analysis and networking solutions.
