The company was founded in 1953 and employs approximately 70 employees. B-O-F supports grocery, convenience, mass merchants and specialty retailers with unique, innovative beverage and specialty shelving offerings that are highly customizable and easily tailored to meet a wide array of customer needs. The Deal
Under LaSalle’s ownership, B-O-F strengthened its senior management team, invested in the company’s manufacturing facility, accelerated new product development and innovation and further expanded its leading market position, driving significant revenue and earnings growth over the three-year investment period. With Victor Capital Partners, B-O-F will continue its upward trajectory and is poised for further growth. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
