KJUS has been sold to Acushnet Holdings Corp.
KJUS (LK International AG), headquartered in Hünenberg, Switzerland, is a world-leading provider of high-end technical ski and golfwear with uncompromising commitment to performance and cutting-edge innovation. Drawing from a strong technical performance and design heritage in skiwear, the KJUS brand entered the golf outerwear and apparel markets less than a decade ago, and has since achieved a loyal following with dedicated golfers and premium positioning at leading golf shops worldwide.
In the sale of KJUS to Acushnet Holdings Corp., Lincoln International acted as the exclusive M&A adviser of the sellers, providing process, financial and tactical advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence and negotiation phases of the transaction.

Acushnet Holdings Corp. is a publicly listed company on the New York Stock Exchange. Acushnet is the global leader in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of performance-driven golf products. The company is steward of two of the most revered brands in golf: Titleist and FootJoy.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Lincoln International has been instrumental in supporting the company’s preparations and managing the process, ultimately realizing a great outcome for the KJUS brand and the shareholders.
