K1 has sold FMG Suite to Aurora Capital Partners
Headquartered in San Diego, California, FMG Suite is the category leader in cloud-based marketing automation software for financial professionals. The company employs more than 200 employees and serves over 40,000 financial professionals who use FMG Suite’s proprietary platform to create and deliver timely and effective communications to their clients and prospects across web, email, social media and other channels.

This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
