Skilljar’s platform combines a learning management system (LMS) with features tailored for customer-focused enterprises. It supports content creation, course delivery, learner analytics and integration with various business systems, such as customer relationship management platforms and marketing tools.
The Deal
Lincoln International advised Skilljar and its investors on the sale of the company. Leveraging its prior transaction experience, deep expertise in the AI-driven learning ecosystem and unique perspectives on the leading strategic buyers, Lincoln executed a highly targeted process that generated significant interest in the business, ultimately resulting in multiple compelling offers to acquire the company.
