Insight Partners has agreed to sell Bynder to Thomas H. Lee Partners
Bynder
Bynder is a best-in-class, cloud-based digital asset management platform that allows customers to unify and transform the creation, management and distribution of marketing assets to power exceptional content experiences. Bynder is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands with major office hubs in the United States, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia and United Arab Emirates. The company was previously backed by Insight Partners and the transaction is expected to close in Q1 2023.
The Deal
Lincoln International was engaged to help facilitate the sale process given industry expertise, global reach and extensive connections across the commerce enablement software space. Lincoln provided valuable insight in articulating Bynder’s mission-criticality and deep integrations to the market. The newfound partnership with Thomas H. Lee Partners will accelerate the company’s ability to help brands overcome the complexity of proliferating content. Furthermore, Bynder will accelerate growth through product innovation and continued investment in its partner ecosystem which will allow Bynder to scale with customers and serve more brands.
