Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC) is a leading multi-location aesthetic medical practice. CSLC offers aesthetic and regenerative services including cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, body contouring and liposuction. CSLC differentiates itself by taking a consultative, medical approach to patient care through its unique aesthetic consultant model which promotes cross-selling and greater client satisfaction. CSLC has established a loyal, recurring customer base across its locations in Michigan and Florida.
The Deal
Incline Equity Partners and the CSLC management team engaged Lincoln International to run a process to refinance existing indebtedness and raise significant committed debt capital to help accelerate the company’s buy-and-build strategy. As CSLC’s exclusive financial advisor, Lincoln raised a one-stop unitranche facility that refinanced out the company’s existing senior and junior lenders at borrower-friendly terms and included a large committed delayed draw term loan facility to support CSLC’s robust pipeline of add-on acquisitions and de-novos.
