Inasa has sold its manufacturing assets to Grupo Alibérico
Lincoln International, a leading global investment bank focused on the mid-market, announced the sale of the manufacturing assets of Inasa to Alibérico Group for an undisclosed amount.
Inasa is a specialized rolled aluminium products manufacturer for the European flexible packaging industry. The plant located in Sabiñánigo, was founded in 1927 and used to be part of the US company Alcoa until it was sold in 2009 to Bavaria IndustrieKapital. Its flexible production set-up and the strict focus on customer service enable Inasa to follow the quick changes in customer requirements. With its production set-up with three rolling mills and ten furnaces, Inasa Foil Sabiñánigo targets the market niche of small-scale orders with short delivery times.
