Founded in 2016, HUMANOO is the European category leader of digital holistic well-being and healthcare solutions for corporates and insurers. It empowers more than 1,000 organizations with a digital well-being Software as a Service (SaaS) solution proven to drive enhancements in both health and business key performance indicators (KPIs) by cultivating relevant health routines. Its more than 3,000 proprietary content items include physical, mental health and nutrition sessions. The sessions are available in video, audio and text formats in six languages with gamification features, health tracker integrations (Apple, Google, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.) and a premium partner reward system. With HUMANOO, a significant positive change in health habits is achieved.
The Deal
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the founder and shareholders, providing guidance throughout the sale process. Lincoln ran a global process with both strategic and financial acquirers by leveraging its international presence to achieve a successful outcome for HUMANOO. TELUS’ acquisition of HUMANOO strategically aligns with both companies’ leadership positions across employer-to-employee wellbeing solutions in Canada, Europe and around the world.
