Graham Partners has sold TransAxle to Crossplane Capital

Headquartered in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, TransAxle is a leading, independent remanufacturer of transmissions, axles and hydraulics and provider of other complementary fleet products for commercial trucks and off off-highway vehicles. The company provides customers a one-stop source for drive train and complementary fleet products, offering highly experienced technical expertise across a national footprint.

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Graham Partners, working closely with the company’s management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
