GENUI’s acquisition of Aagon GmbH aligns with one of GENUI’s three core investment themes: driving digitalization. The newly formed strategic partnership between GENUI and the founders of Aagon will enable the company to accelerate its growth and expansion plans in the rapidly growing market for IT management software and endpoint solutions.
