Details: Lincoln International advised the shareholders of Fluidap in the sale to Hyd&au to form France largest independent engineering, designer and assembler of hydraulic power units servicing the industrial and mobile equipment industries. Fluidap is a +30M€ revenues group with main activities in France and Belgium and addressing export market via its Luxembourg-based affiliate. The group activities include the maintenance and repair of such units and more broadly of industrial systems using fluids. It also diversified into the sale of third party branded components and, more recently, in filtration equipment. Fluidap services some 900 clients, of which many of the blue-chip industrial, engineering, energy and oil& gas companies.
