Based in the United States, Pipe Protection Technologies (PPT) is a leading global manufacturer of pipe and thread protectors for the oil country tubular goods market. For over 25 years, PPT has provided a wide range of high performance, mission-critical protection solutions to blue chip customers across the oil & gas sector.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive investment banking representative for Essentra plc (LON: ESNT) and PPT, working closely with the company’s management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
