The group offers a comprehensive portfolio of services with a strong focus on cybersecurity, secure modern workplace, DevSecOps and secure data & cloud. It boasts 700+ specialists across 17 locations in Germany, Hungary and Bulgaria, surpassing €100 million in revenue. Since the entry of EOS Partners in 2021, accompio has demonstrated exceptional growth, driven by both organic expansion and a highly targeted acquisition strategy.

The Deal

The capital raise has enabled accompio to refinance its existing bank facilities and provide additional capital to support the group’s continued acquisitive growth. The group now has a flexible financing structure with a new lending partner (Eurazeo), which provides a strong capital position and allows the company to continue to grow.
