The Deal
Lincoln International’s outreach during the process included a broad set of financial and strategic buyers and received considerable interest from several parties. That heightened interest combined with Lincoln’s deep industry knowledge of the water filtration market achieved an outlier outcome for the AmeriWater shareholders.
