Dover Corporation has sold the Fine Filtration business of RPA to Eaton
Lincoln International today announced the sale of Dover Corporation’s (NYSE: DOV) Ronningen-Petter Fine Filtration business (the Business) to Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN). Lincoln International acted as exclusive financial advisor to Dover Corporation.
Based in Portage, Mich., the Business, a Dover Resources company, is a world leader in the design and manufacture of specialized filtration equipment used to filter fluids in a variety of process industries.
