FCA Packaging is a leading manufacturer of customized industrial protective packaging solutions. Founded in 1985, FCA Packaging has 34 locations across the United States and provides engineered, custom-designed packaging products to blue-chip original equipment manufacturers operating in a wide variety of end markets. The company offers comprehensive solutions across a variety of material types including wood, steel, corrugated and hybrid packaging.
The Deal
Under Delos Capital’s ownership, FCA Packaging completed three successful add-on acquisitions, enhanced vertical integration capabilities, made strategic management hires and expanded its national operating footprint. Wynnchurch Capital was attracted to FCA Packaging’s industry leading position, customer-centric focus and highly engineered industrial applications.
