Bridgepoint has sold one.network to Causeway Technologies, a portfolio company of Five Arrows

one.network is the world’s leading road management platform. The company’s Software as a Service platform transforms how highway authorities, utility companies and contractors plan, coordinate and communicate traffic interventions by enabling cross-sector collaboration and seamless public engagement. The platform helps maintain more resilient road networks, reducing congestion, enhancing safety and improving journey reliability. With more than 20,000 operational users and many millions of public citizens and road users, one.network now underpins traffic operations and communications across the UK and the United States.

Bridgepoint originally backed one.network in August 2018 and worked with the management team to accelerate its growth plans as well as extend and develop its range of services.

The Deal

Working closely with the management team, Lincoln International took a hands-on approach, preparing the company for a transaction while providing ongoing market and sector insights. Having developed an in depth understanding of one.network, Lincoln was able to drive an efficient and streamlined process with Causeway, handling the day-to-day execution while ensuring that any key commercial outcomes were successfully negotiated.

Causeway’s acquisition of one.network will significantly enhance its product portfolio and offer an unrivaled experience in managing the road infrastructure to improve efficiency, safety and help drive carbon savings.
