Brand New Day has issued share capital to a private investment group

Brand New Day N.V., a leading low cost pension provider in The Netherlands, has successfully closed a private placement of new share capital to a group of investors.

Brand New Day offers transparent and low cost pension products and plans to individuals and employers. Brand New Day was founded in 2009 and has started offering pension products for individuals in January 2010. In April 2011, Brand New Day entered into a joint-venture agreement with ASR Nederland, one of the largest insurance companies in The Netherlands, to offer collective pension products to small and medium size companies in the Dutch market under the Brand New Day brand. The capital raising enables the company to pursue its growth strategy and to further expand its services and market share in the Dutch pension market. Brand New Day was founded in 2009 by the founders of BinckBank, an online broker listed on the NYSE Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam. With Brand New Day, the founders intend to implement a similar strategy by offering competitive and transparent low cost pension products on the Dutch market.
