Behavioral Science Technology has been sold to DEKRA
Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced the sale of Behavioral Science Technology, Inc. (“BST” or the “Company”) to DEKRA SE (“DEKRA”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to BST, working closely with BST’s shareholders and management throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
Thomas Krause, Ph.D., Co-Founder and Chairman of BST commented “through an aggressive, global marketing effort and a strong understanding of BST’s business, Lincoln created a competitive process that provided an attractive valuation for the shareholders and a strong, long-term partner for the business.” Dr. Krause added “Lincoln provided expert guidance throughout the sale process that was critical in consummating this transaction.”
