Aurora Capital Group has refinanced International Cookware

Lincoln International (“Lincoln”) acted as exclusive advisor in the refinancing of the International Cookware Group, a portfolio company of US investment private equity firm Aurora Resurgence.

This operation was grounded on a syndicated senior loan arranged by Crédit Lyonnais (“LCL”) and the Caisse Régionale Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Centre Ouest (“CA Centre Ouest”). Lincoln worked closely with International Cookware’s management, Aurora Resurgence and senior banks to structure refinancing capable of supporting the growth of the Group and contributing to its development.
“LCL and the CA Centre Ouest have played a key role in securing this funding and we look forward to developing our new relationship with them, as well as with the other lenders involved in the syndication. We would like to thank Lincoln International for their advice and help in achieving a very satisfactory result,” said Didier Le Tirant, CFO of the Group. Serge Palleau of Lincoln International, Managing Director – Debt Advisory, commented: “We are very pleased to have accompanied International Cookware’s management team in identifying and implementing a new structured finance solution around a pool of banks having expressed a strong desire to support the development of the group”.
