Atlantic Street Capital has sold Alex Apparel to Versa Capital Management, LLC
Led by industry veterans Colleen Kelly, CEO, and Larry Robin, CFO/COO, and headquartered in New York City, Alex Apparel is the market leader in the moderate-to-better dress segments of the women’s apparel industry. The company produces sophisticated, classic dresses and separates across three well-positioned brands – Alex Evenings, SLNY and Ignite Evenings. Alex Evenings is the only provider of scale in the category for classic better eveningwear. SLNY and Ignite Evenings provide product and distribution across adjacent categories within eveningwear at a lower price point. Through these three brands, Alex Apparel helps consumers find perfect dresses for special occasions.
