Unia, a family-owned European leader in the production of agricultural equipment operating 4 facilities with annual sales of €120 m, was interested in Agrisem for its innovative, patented solutions. Unia’s intention is to develop Agrisem as a reference brand in international markets where Unia is active and conversely to rely on Agrisem’s presence in France to increase the sales of Unia’s products in this all-important agricultural equipment market.
