AGI, an investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman, has acquired Aish Technologies
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that AGI Holdings LLC (“AGI”), an investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company (“JFLCO”), has completed the acquisition of Aish Technologies Limited (“Aish” or the “Company”), U.K.-based specialists in rugged display systems, electronic cabinets and cathodic protection systems for the defense, marine and commercial domains. Lincoln acted as financial advisor to JFLCO and AGI. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded around the turn of the 20th century, Aish has gained a prestigious reputation for designing and manufacturing innovative, purpose-built, rugged multi-function consoles, electronic cabinets, racks and enclosures, flat panel displays and impressed current cathodic protection systems.
