Abenex will support Only in its transformational buy-and-build strategy and accelerate its development in Europe and beyond. This partnership provides Abenex with the opportunity to share its operational and buy-and-build expertise to further drive Only’s growth.

The Deal

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Abenex, providing both M&A and Capital Advisory services. Lincoln worked closely with the Abenex team to evaluate the opportunity and managed the transaction to a successful conclusion. Next to strategic M&A advice, Lincoln International secured an attractive debt package to support the acquisition and arranged significant incremental committed debt capital to support Abenex with its envisaged buy-and-build strategy.
