Zack provides capital advisory services on private debt financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructurings, with a focus on implementing creative solutions for each unique situation. He evaluates financial and strategic alternatives designed to maximize value for financial sponsors, shareholders of private and publicly held companies, lender groups, official committees and ad-hoc committees.

Zack has experience advising companies across a variety of industries including business services, consumer, healthcare, industrials and technology, media and telecom. He leverages his broad range of expertise to provide unique perspectives that help guide clients through complex capital structure needs and challenging company-specific and / or macro factors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Zack worked in Deloitte’s assurance practice with a focus on investment management clients.

Zack earned a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut.
