Tosh provides advisory services to a diverse client portfolio of founder-led, private equity backed and public companies. He has experience working with direct-to-consumer, e-commerce and multichannel brands in the apparel, home furnishings and décor, home improvement, pet, specialty and category dominant retail sectors. With nearly 100 transactions completed in the last 18 years, former clients have included Arhaus, Boot Barn, Comoto, Hanna Andersson, Pet Supplies Plus and Wayfair, among others.

With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, Tosh’s diverse transaction experience includes a wide variety of transactions including originating and executing sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A), in addition to equity and debt capital raises.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tosh was a Managing Director at Piper Sandler for 18 years. Previously, he was a founding member of a fintech company after working as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson.

Tosh earned a Master of Business Administration with honors from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Macalester College.
